PRODUCT INFORMATION

Are your products vegan & gluten-free?

Yes, all our products are vegan (with the exception of our Calendula + Jojoba, Face/Body Oil) and gluten-free.

Are XOLA products tested on animals?

Never! All our products are tested on humans only.

Does XOLA use synthetic ingredients?

No, never. XOLA is founded on the principle that nature has provided us with everything we need to thrive. Therefore, our products are formulated with completely natural, quality ingredients.

Are your products organic?

Many of our products are made with organic, wild harvested ingredients. We take extreme care sourcing our ingredients. 

Where are XOLA products made?

Each product is made and packaged by hand  with attention to quality in Pickering, Ontario.

How should I store my product? 

For maximum shelf life, we recommend you store products in a cool, dry place, and keep out of direct sunlight. It is crucial to keep free of water to maintain freshness. For a really nice cooling affect, keep our Botanical Infused oils in the refrigerator!  

What is the shelf life of XOLA Products?

Shelf life varies for each product, we suggest that opened product be used within two months of first use. As our products are preservative free we recommend that you keep water out of products. If you have a specific question about a particular product please reach out for more information.

Will using oil-based products make my skin more oily?

Good question! Incorporating oils into your skincare routine most likely will not make your skin more oily; in fact, it may help balance skin that is prone to oil overproduction.

Are XOLA products safe for Pregnancy?

Another good question! Our products are free from any synthetic chemicals, preservatives, parabens, and artificial fragrance and or colour. With that said pregnant women should always consult with a doctor before use if they have any concerns.

Do you offer sample sizes?

We currently do not ship samples of our product, however we do offer XOLA Sample Sets for purchase.

Before using any of our products for the first time, we recommend testing them on a small patch of skin, if redness or irritation develops within 24 hours discontinue use.
